I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel offers magnificent views of the Matterhorn right from the reception to housekeeping. The rooms are super comfy, with an awesome modern shower/bathroom, perfect for recovering after a day of skiing. The location is central and quiet, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. The service is top-notch, with staff going out of their way to accommodate and provide all the necessary information about Zermatt.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were small but very comfortable, clean, and spacious with nice layouts, plenty of closets, and a super comfy bed. The modern shower/bathroom was awesome. The service was top-notch with very pleasant and helpful staff working throughout. The location was very good, walking distances to every place, and close to downtown but in a quieter area. The dining experience was good with a fairly good choice, although more hot food during breakfast would have been great. Overall, a great value for money hotel with excellent facilities.
